The conference will take place at the University of Geneva in the Uni-Mail Building, Boulevard du Pont d’Arve 40, 1205 Genève.
As you all know, Switzerland is beautiful, but Geneva is amongst the most expensive cities in the world. We will do our best to help you find low priced accommodation in town. We already negotiated advantageous conference rates with three hotels :
• IBIS Budget Hotel: near Geneva Airport, about 30 min by tram to the University, rates: CHF 114.50 per night for a single room, CHF 129 per night for a double room
• Hôtel les Nations: near Geneva main station, about 25 min by bus to the University, CHF 190 per night for a single room
• Hôtel Cristal: near Geneva main station, about 15 min by tram, CHF 220 per night for a single room
All rates include taxes and breakfast. You can use the attached forms to make your reservations. For IBIS Budget hotel, return the completed form directly to the hotel ; for Hôtel des Nations and Hôtel Cristal, please send the form to Evgeniya Shtyrkova .
There is no need to hurry, but rooms will be attributed on a “first come, first served” basis.
